Clear after-sales terms for machine buyers, with final return route and service handling confirmed before dispatch.
Eligible machines may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The machine body and core operating components are covered for 2 years against manufacturing faults under normal training use.
The battery is covered for 1 year. Coverage excludes normal capacity reduction from regular charging cycles and misuse.
App control highlights
The PP Smart Pro app is designed for repeatable coaching drills. The screen shows a 3D-style court view with the selected landing pattern, then lets the user adjust direction and feed settings before starting the drill.
- Landing preview: shows fixed points, cross-court patterns, narrow line feeds, and left/right depth combinations on the court graphic.
- Angle control: on-screen direction pad and V angle / H angle values help move the feed target without manually repositioning the machine.
- Ball settings: frequency, speed, and spin can be adjusted with plus/minus controls and sliders.
- Repeatability: Save Default keeps a useful drill setup ready for the next session.
