Clear after-sales terms for machine buyers, with final return route and service handling confirmed before dispatch.
Eligible machines may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The machine body and core operating components are covered for 2 years against manufacturing faults under normal training use.
The battery is covered for 1 year. Coverage excludes normal capacity reduction from regular charging cycles and misuse.
App control highlights
The C6 app focuses on quick pattern selection and direct parameter adjustment. The interface shows a court diagram with the ball path, then gives simple tabs and sliders for common practice feeds.
- Device connection: the app detects the Pickleball C6 machine before entering the control screen.
- Mode tabs: Fix, Cross, Comb, M School, and Program support different drill styles from fixed feeds to combined patterns.
- Quick feed buttons: Fix(L), Fix(M), Fix(R), high-pressure, forehand, backhand, hit, dink, F Dink, B Dink, Dink(far), and F Dink(far).
- Parameter sliders: interval, speed, horizontal angle, vertical angle, and spin are adjusted directly from the app.
